  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all seals and tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Samples: Due to hygiene reasons, perfume samples are non-returnable.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
  • Items Marked as Final Sale: Products marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
2. Initiating a Return
